Meeting between Uni-Bros. and Kazokutei Japan Co., Ltd for future business cooperation

ME - On March 3, 2010, Mr. Yoichi Uchiyama, General Manager of Kazokutei Japan Co., Ltd. paid a visit to Uni-Bros HCMC during his business trip to Viet Nam. Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh, General Director at Uni-Bros HCMC, received and highly appreciated Mr. Yoichi Uchiyama’s visit.

Kazokutei Japan Co., Ltd is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the operation of restaurants and the sale of food materials to its franchised stores. Kazokutei is the No-1 soba and udon restaurant in Japan. The Company is also involved in the manufacture, processing and sale of farina, starch, noodles, seasonings and beverages; the processing and sale of cereals.

Kazokutei Japan Co., Ltd wants to share the delight of Japanese cuisine and Kazokutei's management philosophy with franchise business partners outside Japan and it would like to co-operate with Uni-Bros. as franchise business partner in Vietnam.

It is hoped that the co-operation with Kazokutei Japan Co., Ltd will bring good opportunity for Uni-Bros. to expand its business activities.
