ME/Thu Dau Mot - July 23, 2010, board of directors of Uni-Bros. Group had a meeting with leaders of Hiep An commune, Thu Dau Mot town, Binh Duong province to discuss about feasibility study for investment of UB SOUTH GREEN TOWN Project

Local leaders including Mr. Nguyen Van Bui, Communist Party Secretary, Mr. Nguyen Van Duc, Vice Secretary cum Chairman of the People's Council and Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee welcomed Uni-Bros. board of directors including Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh, CEO and Mr. Doan Ngoc Giao, senior Advisor. Attending the meeting there was also Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thuan, director of Tan Hiep Phat Company Ltd.

The local Leaders introduced about social and economic developments of the area and expressed the wish to welcome investors to the locality.

Uni-Bros. board of directos expressed sincere thanks for the warm welcome of the local Leaders; briefed about business scopes and activities of the Group and showed strong interest in surveying for feasibility study of a land area of 16 hectares to build a residential and commercial complex in Hiep An commune, Thu Dau Mot Town.

Some years ago, the provincial People's Committee planned 2 residential towns named Hiep An 1 and Hiep An 2 to call for investors.

For next steps, Uni-Bros. should provide capability materials and would carry out negotiations with Tan Hiep Phat to form up basic foundations for local leaders to review and get consent from higher ranking authority.
