Board of Directors of Uni-Bros. worked with Con Dao People’s Committee

ME/UB – In order to seek and expand domestic investment and call for foreign investment as mentioned in development strategy of Uni-Bros. until 2013, on 27th July 2010, Board of Directors of Uni-Bros. led by Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh, General Director had a meeting with Con Dao People’s Committee.

 

Mr. Hoang Nghia Doan, Chairman of Con Dao People’s Committee cum Chairman of Development Board of Con Dao District and Mr. Le Xa , Manager of Planning and Finance Department of Con Dao People’s Committee received Uni-Bros.

At the meeting, representative of Con Dao People’s Committee briefly introduced state policies which were given to Con Dao, master plan of Con Dao and some fields which are calling for investment so as to make the District which has strategic position and economic potential to develop together with other major economic zones in the country.

 

Representative of Uni-Bros. also introduced its activities. Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh, General Director of the Company made a speech and showed its interest in some investment fields such as tourism, energy, clean water and environment.

Before this meeting, Board of Directors of Uni-Bros. paid a working visit to Con Dao National Park. Master Le Xuan Ai, Director of the National Park introduced about climate, ecology, and some rare and precious animals and plants which are needed to protect at the Park. Two parties also raised ideas about aquaculture project in order to combine between tourism, ecological balance and environmental protection at Con Dao.

Uni-Bros. will carry out planning for the locality and propose some measures to develop projects in the next meeting, tentatively at the end of September 2010.
