Vietnam's Small and medium enterprises have highest optimistic index in Asia

71% Vietnam's small and medium enterprises believe that GDP growth rate in 06 coming months will be higher than 2009. This is a result of the newly conducted survey of HSBC.
This business sector is also more optimistic when mentioning investment and recruitment plan, with 66% of them is planning to increase investment capital, 54% of them will resume their recruitment...
Optimistic index of Vietnam's small and medium enterprises increases 10 points to 160 point against the survey conducted in middle 2009, becoming a country having highest optimistic index in Asia, higher than India and Singapore.
